Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 May 2026

FireFleet ("FireFleet", "we", "us") provides software for fire-safety contractors. This policy describes what personal data we collect when you use the FireFleet website and application, and what we do with it.

Who we are

FireFleet is operated by Ahmed Hanafy, a sole trader based in Finland. For privacy questions, contact privacy@firefleet.co.

What we collect

Account data

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, role and the organisation you belong to. This is the minimum needed to create your account and keep it isolated from other customers.

Application data

When your team uses FireFleet to manage customers, locations, assets, inspections, defects, quotes and certificates, we store that data on your behalf. You are the controller of that data; we are the processor.

Usage data

We collect basic usage information (pages visited, errors encountered, anonymous device and browser info) so we can keep the service stable and improve it. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where we store it

FireFleet runs on Supabase (Postgres + storage) in EU regions. Email is sent via Resend. Application hosting is on Vercel.

Your rights

  • You can export your data at any time from the Settings page.
  • You can request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@firefleet.co.
  • You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and have it corrected.

Cookies

We use a small set of strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and session handling. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Data Processing Agreement

Customers on a paid plan can sign our standard Data Processing Agreement on request. Email privacy@firefleet.co.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes are notified by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
